Jamie’s 1minute Frozen yogurt

Probably…in fact definitely the quickest healthy desert recipe I’ve ever come across!

What you need:
500g mixed frozen berries
150g fresh blueberries(to serve with the frozen yogurt)
4 tbsp runny honey
500g natural yogurt
Sprigs of mint

What you do:
Using 4 serving bowls or ice-cream glasses divide the fresh blueberries evenly. Add all other ingredients together in a food processor and blend. Scoop to serve and done!

Be creative, change it up, mix and match the fruit. Just like that you’ll have a perfect mouthful of yummiest every time!! Simples.
